My coaching is administered in completely bespoke programs that pertain to the specific results each client wishes to obtain from being coached. Most areas that benefit from coaching require some behavioral change. It typically takes 21 days to change or develop habits. Within the span of a six week coaching program, we spend the first three weeks adapting to the new habits and the second three weeks instilling and implementing the habits into daily life and routine.

My bespoke "coach approach" is catered to and completely designed around each of my clients on an individual basis. Each of my clients' desires for lifestyle coaching determines our overall duration, which is segmented into six week programs.

My bespoke approach to each client, each situation, each desired outcome and each circumstance is unique and completely customized to transform your current lifestyle into your ultimate lifestyle. You and I commit to six weeks at a time together and I am here for you, most hours of every day. When setting goals and working on behavior changes, there are no days off and your coaching with me is no exception. I am available and reachable (unless in session) from 8:00am-10:00pm, Monday-Friday and from 10:00am-10:00pm on weekends. Our sessions are one full hour, not 50 minutes; I'll make my notes on my own time.

My coaching is administered remotely, either via video chat or phone call. Our sessions are centered around you having the comfort and convenience to receive my guidance in an environment that is conducive to your schedule and environmental needs.
